Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries from retailers.

• Help customers place orders through WhatsApp or phone.

• Share product catalogs, prices, and offers with customers.

• Follow up with interested customers to confirm orders.

• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order status and billing.

• Maintain proper call and follow-up records.

• Provide excellent service and build strong relationships with repeat buyers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident in speaking on calls and handling WhatsApp professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Excel, etc.).

• Experience in telecalling or customer care will be an added advantage.

• Must be punctual, polite, and customer-friendly.

• 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

• 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM
