Telecalling Executive – Loan Process

Position: Telecalling Executive (Loans)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply

Experience in Loan Sales, Banking, Finance, Telecalling, or Customer Service Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers through calls.

Generate leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, and Balance Transfer cases.

Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.

Follow up with interested customers and collect required documents.

Maintain customer database and update CRM records.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge preferred).

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass
