Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Hospitality Industry
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Executive for our wellness resort and hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, and convincing skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings. Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for hotel/resort bookings and inquiries
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed reservations and sales
Promote wellness packages, room bookings, and hospitality services
Maintain and update customer data using CRM software
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and offers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus incentives based on performance)
