About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers/BDEs for a leading premium car detailing and automotive protection studio. The candidate will be responsible for converting digital inquiries and cold leads into confirmed service bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in car protection services.

• Explain premium services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), 9H Nano Ceramic Coating, Interior Detailing, and Car Spa.

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding pricing, packages, and service benefits.

• Convert leads into confirmed appointments.

Client & Appointment Management

• Schedule vehicle inspections and detailing appointments.

• Follow up with existing customers for maintenance services and repeat bookings.

• Maintain customer records and interaction history in CRM or Excel.

Sales & Upselling

• Educate customers about the long-term benefits of PPF and ceramic coatings.

• Recommend suitable service packages based on customer requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or automotive services will be an advantage.
