Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the Zomato Customer Delight (CD) Process. The role involves handling customer queries through both voice and chat support channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via voice and chat support.

• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.

• Maintain high-quality customer service standards.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Meet process productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

• Good command of English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

• Communication skill level: V5 or above preferred.

• Candidates must have their own Laptop/Desktop and Wi-Fi connection.

• Intel Core i3 processor or above

• Minimum 4 GB RAM

• Stable broadband internet connection

Salary & Benefits

Freshers

• CTC: ₹19,000/month

• In-hand Salary: ₹15,410/month

• Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929

Experienced Candidates

• CTC: ₹20,000/month

• In-hand Salary: ₹16,253/month

• Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929

Shift Details

• 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

• Rotational shifts

• Rotational week-offs
