Sales & Customer Coordination Executive (Female)

Work Timing:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and price offers using Excel.

• Call customers and dealers for regular follow-ups and relationship management.

• Maintain good relations with clients and vendors through professional communication.

• Schedule meetings for senior sales staff and the company owner with clients or vendors.

• Maintain and update inquiry sheet and handle incoming calls/leads.

• Manage sales follow-up sheets and track performance of sales staff.

• Record all inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups systematically.

• Raise and track tickets in the company’s ticketing software for customer issues or internal tasks.

• Support the sales team in daily operations, coordination, and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations

• Well-organized, punctual, and proactive in follow-ups

• Pleasant personality and professional phone manners

• Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments

Salary:

₹11,000 – ₹15000
