MX OB – Health Insurance Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring Health Insurance Sales Executives for a high-growth outbound sales process. This is a voice-based role focused on cold calling, health insurance sales, and term life insurance products. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to convert leads into successful policy sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Promote health insurance and term life insurance products to eligible customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Handle objections professionally and close sales while maintaining quality standards.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM after every interaction.

• Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines during the sales process.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹2.6 LPA

• In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month

• Joining Bonus: ₹5,000 per month for the first 2 months

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

• Delhi Candidates: ₹700 monthly shuttle allowance

• Gurgaon Candidates: No transport facility

Work Schedule

• Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent English communication (B2+ mandatory)

• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales

• Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
