Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for international customers

• Provide quality customer service with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction

• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the system

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ready to join immediately

• Willing to work in a blended international process environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive salary package between INR 25,000 and 30,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and interview performance
