We are urgently hiring for the role of "Anchor Relationship Partner"

Job Summary

The role involves managing day-to-day support and coordination for assigned anchor corporates, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and high service levels while building strong, long-term anchor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned anchor corporate for all customer support–related queries.

2.Manage day-to-day coordination with anchor partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

3.Support anchor onboarding, documentation, system setup, and process alignment.

4.Handle queries related to transactions, limits, disbursements, repayments, and platform usage.

5.Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with Credit, Operations, Tech, and Sales teams.

6.Maintain high service levels and turnaround times (TATs) as per defined SLAs.

7.Track and share regular MIS, reports, and status updates with anchors and internal stakeholders.

8.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

9.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and anchor-specific agreements.

10. Build strong, long-term relationships with anchor partners through effective communication and service delivery.
