Job Role - Overview
We are looking for proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executives to join our
fast-growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them
with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with
both Seznik and Ownair platforms.
Designation – Customer Support Executive
Location – Pune Nal Stop Office (Near Metro Station)
Experience Level – 0 to 2 Years
Salary – ₹10K to ₹25K (Based on Experience & Communication
Roles & Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via email,
chat & calls
• Handle order-related issues, returns &
complaints
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve
escalations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions
and resolutions
• Assist with basic product information and
platform navigation
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and
written communication
• Strong problem-solving
abilities
• Fluency in English,
Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Basic computer
knowledge (MS Excel,
CRM tools)
• Patience, empathy, and
customer-first attitude
