~Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 Take Home)
~Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC (₹22,000 Take Home)
~1+ Years Exp: ₹30,000 CTC (₹25,000 Take Home)
Shift & Working Days:
~Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours)
~6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off
Experience Required:
~Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
~1+ year relevant experience preferred for higher CTC
Educational Qualification:
~12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Age Limit:
~20-25
Required Skills & Competencies:
~Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
~Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
~Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, navigation, CRM tools)
~Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
~Interpersonal skills and professional attitude
Nice-to-Have Skills:
~Experience in fintech or BPO customer support
~Familiarity with payment platforms and financial transactions
Roles & Responsibilities:
~Handle inbound and outbound queries for Razorpay services
~Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
~Maintain CRM or tracking systems with customer interactions
~Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department
~Follow process guidelines and quality standards
~Support the team in achieving daily and weekly targets
~Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC norms
