💼 Position: Customer Support Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for Bangalore clients.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions.

• Manage customer escalations professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

• Maintain proper call records and customer updates.

• Deliver excellent customer support and communication.

Requirements

✔ Must know Kannada language along with Hindi/English
✔ Minimum 6 months of calling/customer support experience
✔ 12th Pass candidates can also apply
✔ Good communication and soft skills
✔ Ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations
✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts
