## 🎯 Role Overview

Be the voice of support for BaaS drivers by understanding their concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring quick issue resolution.

## 🔥 Key Responsibilities

✔ Make outbound calls to drivers and understand concerns

✔ Coordinate with Ops, Finance, City & Tech teams

✔ Provide ticket updates and resolution timelines

✔ Maintain accurate call records and tracking

✔ Escalate critical concerns on priority

✔ Improve overall driver experience through feedback

## ✅ Requirements

✨ Strong Hindi & English communication

✨ Empathetic and solution-oriented approach

✨ Experience in tele-calling/customer support preferred

✨ USC profile experience is a plus

✨ Good coordination and follow-up skills
