Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month CTC (based on experience and communication skills)
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve product or service queries within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate technical or complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Age less than 32
