Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM (9-hour rotational shifts, including
weekends with rotational offs)
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
Education: Any Graduate/ 12th pass

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients

Provide effective and empathetic customer service

Maintain detailed and accurate call records in CRM systems

Resolve customer queries and escalate when necessary
•
Adhere to shift schedules aligned with international time zones
