Customer Care Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Call existing customers to explain and sell Add-on Packages, DTO Packages, and Plus Memberships.
Handle customer exchange requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of exchanges and customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Provide prompt, professional, and customer-centric support.
Resolve customer queries with clarity and empathy.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Follow up with customers on pending requests and sales opportunities.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure a seamless post-purchase experience for every customer.
Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or e-commerce customer service is preferred.
