Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide the best support experience to our members. The role involves assisting customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media and ensuring all issues are resolved on time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Assist members with memberships, renewals, and general inquiries.
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Update customer details and query status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with gym centers and internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain daily reports of customer interactions.
Skills Required
For Experienced Candidates
Experience in customer support, customer service, or BPO.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
