Job Description for Customer Care Executive

Who can Apply :

- Candidate with Good communication skills
- Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette's & Basic Email writing skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi languages
- Basic knowledge of Excel ( Vlook-up, Pivot )
- HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred.
- Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in customer service background.
- Experience of customer care / Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiner will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound calls to Customer - Provide Information, collect required information from customers in Shipping and Delivery or Return related concerns.
- Tracking and reporting delayed shipment on Courier Website.
- Follow up with Courier team for Delivery
- Maintain Customer Records and Manage Database

Working days and Time:

• 6 days Work from Office.

• 10 AM to 7 PM
