URGENT HIRING – COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Position: Collection Executive – Personal Loan Collections

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle personal loan collection and debt recovery activities.
• Follow up with customers for overdue loan payments.
• Make calls and coordinate with customers for payment recovery.
• Maintain proper records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in Personal Loan Collections.
• Experience in Debt Recovery/Collections is required.
• IRDA Certificate is mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience in loan collections are preferred.
