Position Title:•• Virtual Patient Relationship Manager
Description: Our healthcare organization is seeking a Virtual Patient Relationship Manager (VPRM) to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential patients. The VPRM will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding doctor and specialist information, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns. This position is located on hospital premises, and the successful candidate will maintain high professionalism while building strong patient relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for doctor/specialist information, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
• Make outbound calls for patient feedback and follow-up.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency code announcements.
• Maintain high professionalism while building strong patient relationships.
• Update patient data in the service database after each call.
• Maintain regular communication with the management team.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times.
• Must be available for work during holidays and weekends.
Other Information:
• Rotational week off.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Rotational 24/7 shifts as per process requirements.
• 9-hour shifts (8 working + 1-hour break).
• 4 weeks off per month.
• Working on festival days is required.
• Both experienced and fresher candidates are eligible (experienced preferred).
