Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat

• Provide travel-related information and assist with booking packages, flights, hotels, etc.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain customer service standards and achieve assigned targets
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Fresh graduates with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer proficiency
