Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the food counter with a friendly approach

• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently

• Handle billing & cash/card transactions responsibly

• Ensure food counter cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards

• Assist in serving food and beverages as per brand standards

• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced airport environment

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Or 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in hospitality/retail/food service is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)

• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
