Job Summary:
We are hiring customer-focused candidates for the Swiggy process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails
Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and delivery
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Maintain professionalism and positive communication
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Rotational shifts (including night shift)
Free pick & drop facility
Night allowance: ₹75 per day
Work Schedule:
6 days working, Sunday fixed off
