Job Summary:
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering excellent service through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers. This includes welcoming visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Greet customers and visitors professionally and warmly.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product/service information.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, or service requests in person.
Handle billing, orders, service registrations, or returns at the counter (if applicable).
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain clean and organized front-desk or customer service area.
Promote company offerings or promotions where appropriate.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable appearance and polite demeanor.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle high footfall and multitask effectively.
Basic system or POS (Point of Sale) operation knowledge.
