Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-inquiry to final execution.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction history.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to ensure timely delivery of services
Handle client queries, feedback, and grievances with professionalism and promptness.
Track client engagement metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in the conversion of prospects
Assist in the planning and execution of client meetings and walkthroughs.
