Client Relationship Executive/Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, handle follow-ups, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Handle client calls, meetings, WhatsApp and email communication.

• Identify potential clients, develop strategies to attract them, and work on cross - selling or upselling , follow up with prospects and support client acquisition and retention.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the consulting team.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and client pitch decks.

• Create festival greetings, client communication and basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc. for research, drafting, presentations and business communication.

• Maintain client records, follow-up reports and lead status.

• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.

Required Skills

• Good communication, client handling and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, PowerPoint and Canva.

• Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.

• Comfortable using AI tools for daily work.

• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
