Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds. Candidates proficient in multiple languages will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.

• Conduct client meetings, understand legal service requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

• Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients for closures.

• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools or Excel.

• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and business expansion.

• Represent the firm professionally at client meetings, corporate events, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

• 3–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Service Industry.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and any additional regional language is highly preferred.

• Candidates with the ability to communicate in multiple languages will be given preference.
