💼 Job Role

We are looking for Collection Executives / Recovery Agents to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers regarding pending payments and assisting them with the collection process.

👨‍💼 Responsibilities

• Contact customers through phone calls regarding pending payments.

• Follow up with customers and provide payment-related information.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.

• Explain payment options and assist customers with queries.

• Achieve daily/monthly collection and follow-up targets.

• Follow company guidelines while communicating with customers.

🎓 Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.

• Hindi knowledge is required.

• Basic communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
