Job Description:

We are hiring freshers / immediate joiners for an exciting opportunity in an International Technical Voice Process with a global customer support environment.

Location: Bangalore
Role: Trainee – Process Consultant
Shift: Rotational Shifts | Night Shifts
Work Week: 5 Days
Employment: Full-Time
Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities

• Handle voice interactions with international customers across US, UK & Australia

• Resolve customer queries professionally through voice support

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, internet connectivity & application issues

• Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical support teams

• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system

• Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction metrics

Eligibility

Graduate or PUC completed
Freshers are welcome
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer & technical troubleshooting knowledge
Immediate joiners only
