Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Tandoor Commi to assist in the preparation and cooking of tandoor dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tandoor operations and a passion for authentic Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and other tandoor specialties.

• Marinate meats, paneer, and vegetables as per standard recipes.

• Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

• Assist in food preparation and mise en place before service.

• Monitor food stock and inform the senior chef about inventory requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section in accordance with FSSAI standards.

• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety procedures at all times.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

• Support the kitchen team during peak hours and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Tandoor Commi or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of Indian breads, kebabs, and tandoor cooking techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Physically fit to work long standing hours.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
