Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Commi Chef to join our kitchen team in Banaras. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, and other regional specialties.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the senior chef about ingredient requirements.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of raw materials.

• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support the kitchen team during peak hours and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a South Indian Commi Chef or in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to relocate or work in Banaras.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in preparing dosa batter and traditional chutneys.

• Basic inventory management knowledge.

• Good time management and multitasking skills.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
