Tandoor Cook

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team in Banaras. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of tandoor dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as kebabs, tikkas, naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor specialties.

• Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

• Prepare marinades and ensure proper seasoning of ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section as per food safety standards.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for ingredient requirements.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of raw materials.

• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and equipment.

• Experience in preparing Indian breads and tandoor appetizers.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Willingness to work in Banaras.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoor preparations.

• Basic inventory management knowledge.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
