Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with strong expertise in masala dosa making

• Prepare dosa batter, aloo masala, chutneys, sambar, and other accompaniments

• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dosas and tiffin items

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen

• Manage daily kitchen operations including prep, cooking, and cleaning

• Handle ingredients efficiently and minimize food wastage

• Biriyani making

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Expert in masala dosa, plain dosa, set dosa, idli, vada, uttapam

• Knowledge of South Indian spices and traditional cooking methods

• Ability to prepare fresh batter and masalas independently

• Good time management and ability to work under pressure

• Physically fit and punctual

• Immediate joiners preferred
