Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Waves Venture LLP and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, good time management, and the ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

• Set up and manage the kitchen with required utensils and equipment.

• Prepare and cook food in a timely and consistent manner.

• Study recipes and gather all necessary ingredients before preparation.

• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.

• Supervise and guide kitchen staff when required.

• Check the freshness of ingredients and discard expired items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Relevant experience in a Chef role

• Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety standards

• Familiarity with advanced and non-traditional cooking methods is a plus

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Basic leadership and team-handling ability

• Culinary school diploma or certification is an added advantage
