🫓 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook veg Indian dishes like Dal, Paneer, Sabzi, Gravy items, etc.
Specialize in tandoor items such as Tandoori Roti, Butter Naan, Chaap, Paneer Tikka, Soya Chaap, Stuffed Naan
Ensure 100% vegetarian kitchen practices (no non-veg handling)
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Handle tandoor efficiently and safely
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Manage stock and reduce wastage
