We are looking for a North Indian Cook to join our team at Bhoomi and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare North Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards

2. Prepare gravies, curries, breads, rice dishes, and other North Indian menu items.

3. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

4. Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.

5. Monitor cooking temperatures and cooking times.

6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout food preparation.

7. Properly store ingredients and prepared food.

8. Monitor stock of kitchen ingredients and inform the supervisor of requirements.

9. Minimize food wastage.

10. Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.

11. Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other cooks during service.

12. Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in clean condition.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.

Job Timings :

Morning shift : 10:00AM to 08:00PM

Mid day shift : 01:00PM to 11:00PM
