We are looking for a Chinese Cook to join our team at Bhoomi and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Chinese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.

2. Prepare noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies, sauces, and other menu items as required.

3. Complete ingredient preparation and mise en place before service.

4. Maintain consistency in taste, seasoning, portion size, and presentation.

5. Operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently.

6. Maintain proper cooking temperatures and food quality.

7. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

8. Store ingredients appropriately and minimize wastage.

9. Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other team members.

10. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

11. Support high-volume service operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.

Job timings :

Morning shift : 10:00AM to 08:00PM

Mid day shift : 01:00PM to 11:00PM
