Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff / Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, maintain high standards of hygiene, and be willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.

• Minimize food wastage through proper handling and storage.

• Support the team during peak hours and ensure timely order preparation.

• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.

• Follow all company SOPs and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, QSR, or hotel kitchen.

• Freshers with relevant culinary training or hands-on experience may also apply.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and willing to stand for long hours.

• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
