Job Description:
Assist in preparation and cooking of tandoor items such as Tandoori Roti, Naan, Kulcha, Tikka, Kebabs, and other Indian breads.
Support senior tandoor chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure correct marination, portioning, and basic tandoor setup.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the tandoor section.
Handle raw materials and storage as per kitchen SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service during peak hours.
Follow instructions and recipes provided by the head chef.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a tandoor section.
Basic knowledge of Indian breads and tandoor cooking.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude.
