Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Cook who has hands-on experience in preparing a variety of Indian breads using a traditional tandoor. The candidate should be efficient, consistent, and able to maintain quality during high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoor items including:
Chur Chur Naan (mandatory expertise)
Butter Naan, Garlic Naan
Tandoori Roti, Missi Roti, Laccha Paratha
Kulcha and other Indian breads
Operate and manage the tandoor safely and efficiently
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all breads
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the tandoor section
Monitor stock levels of dough, butter, stuffing, and ingredients
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Follow all food safety and kitchen protocols
Key Expectations
Must have strong experience in making Chur Chur Naan
Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments
Good speed and consistency in bread production
Knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation
Team player with a positive attitude
Punctual and disciplined
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Tandoor Cook
Experience in restaurant / cloud kitchen / hotel setups preferred
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene standards
