Fast Food Cook

We are looking for a skilled Fast Food cook to join our team at Saha Foods and prepare delicious meals for our guests. The key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality fast food items such as burgers, shawarma, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and grilled snacks, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting kitchen operations when required.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve burgers, shawarma, sandwiches, wraps, rolls, fries, and other fast-food items efficiently.

• Operate grill, fryer, shawarma machine, and other kitchen equipment safely.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment before operations.

• Study recipes and gather all necessary ingredients for preparation.

• Cook and deliver food in a timely manner during peak hours.

• Ensure proper marination, grilling, stuffing, and sauce preparation for burgers and shawarma.

• Supervise helpers/cooks and assist team members as needed.

• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (example: no dairy, exclude nuts, extra spicy, etc.).

• Check freshness of vegetables, meat, bread, sauces, and other ingredients; discard expired items.

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations within the kitchen area.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / PUC.

• 1–6+ years of experience in burger, shawarma, sandwich, café, or fast-food preparation.

• Knowledge of burger patty preparation, shawarma cutting & wrapping, sandwich making, grilling, frying, and sauce handling.

• Familiarity with cooking techniques, recipes, and sanitation regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good time management, teamwork, and basic leadership skills.

• Experience in cafés, food courts, QSRs, or restaurant kitchens is preferred.

• Culinary certification or hotel management training is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
