We’re looking for a fast, focused, and passionate Burger Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling burgers to brand standards, maintaining speed during rush hours, and ensuring consistent quality in every order.
Prepare and cook burger patties, fried chicken, buns, and sides as per standard recipes
Assemble burgers with accuracy, consistency, and speed
Maintain portion control and plating standards
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines at all times
Keep the workstation clean, stocked, and organized
Coordinate with the kitchen team during peak hours
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality
Minimize wastage and handle ingredients responsibly
Assist in prep work and closing/cleaning duties as required
