Paratha, Puran Poli & Thalipeeth Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Paratha, Puran Poli and Thalipeeth as per Aaswad 51’s standard recipes and SOPs.

• Maintain consistent taste, size, weight, texture and presentation.

• Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety standards.

• Maintain the required preparation speed during peak hours.

• Keep the workstation clean and organized.

• Follow instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor/Chef.

• Ensure minimum food wastage and proper handling of ingredients.

Required Skills

• Must know how to make round roti/chapati OR paratha.

• Knowledge of making Puran Poli and Thalipeeth is not mandatory.

• Training will be provided by Aaswad 51 for Puran Poli, Thalipeeth and our standard Paratha recipes.

• Basic understanding of dough preparation, rolling and cooking is preferred.

• Ability to learn recipes and follow SOPs accurately.

• Good speed, discipline and teamwork.

Experience

Freshers can apply if they know basic roti/chapati or paratha making.

Candidates with experience in roti, chapati, paratha or Maharashtrian food preparation will be preferred.

Salary

Based on experience and skill level.
