Job Title: Continental Commies I

Location: Greater Noida West- near Gaur Chowk
Industry: Gaming & Entertainment (QSR)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Commies I to join our kitchen team at our Gaming & Entertainment center in Sector 96, Noida. The ideal candidate should have 6 month –2 years of experience in a QSR or casual dining restaurant and possess hands-on experience in preparing a variety of Continental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present Continental dishes as per standard recipes and SOPs.

• Prepare items such as pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, soups, grilled dishes, baked dishes, and appetizers.

• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

• Assist in food preparation and day-to-day kitchen operations.

• Monitor inventory, minimize food wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

• Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during peak operational hours.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Continental Commies I or in a similar role.

• Experience in a QSR or Casual Dining Restaurant is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine, including preparation of pastas, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, grilled items, and basic Continental sauces.

• Knowledge of cooking techniques such as grilling, baking, sautéing, and roasting.

• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
