Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes including pasta, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, grills, soups, and breakfast items.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of every dish.

• Maintain mise en place and ensure timely food preparation during service.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in stock management.

• Minimize food wastage and maintain food cost efficiency.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel.

• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and modern food presentation.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for cooking.
