Job Description

Restaurant is hiring a Commis – Grill Section with experience in grilling meats, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes.

• Set up and maintain the grill station.

• Follow recipes and portion standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety.

• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff.

• Ensure timely preparation during service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of grill experience.

• Experience in Middle Eastern, Turkish, Lebanese, or Continental cuisine is preferred.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
