We are hiring for Continental Chef at home who is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality continental meals for the residents and their guests. The role includes menu planning, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional food quality while meeting dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special meals featuring continental cuisine and Mexican.
Create weekly and seasonal menus based on residents' preferences.
Prepare dishes such as soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizzas, steaks, grilled meats, seafood, baked items, desserts, and sauces.
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and procure fresh ingredients.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Store food correctly and ensure proper labeling and rotation of ingredients.
Cater for private parties, family gatherings, and special occasions.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Prepare the Vegitarien Dishes.
