Assist in preparation and cooking of Indian dishes as per recipes and kitchen standards.

Follow SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
Help in cutting, marination, gravy preparation, and mise en place.
Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Indian kitchen.
Basic knowledge of Indian curries, tandoor, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with positive attitude and discipline.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
