Assist in preparation and cooking of Continental dishes such as soups, sauces, salads, pasta, grills, and starters.
Follow standard recipes and portion control as directed by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation as per FSSAI / HACCP standards.
Support Commis I, CDP, and Sous Chef during service hours.
Ensure proper storage of food items and follow FIFO practices.
Handle basic food preparation like chopping, marinating, and garnishing.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Report any equipment malfunction or food safety issues to seniors.
Follow kitchen safety rules and company policies at all times.
