📍 Purple Cake Boutique, Pune

About Us:

Purple Cake Boutique specializes in custom theme cakes with intricate fondant sculpting and 3D designs. We're looking for a dedicated Commi 1 to join our growing kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day baking operations

Support with fondant accents and decorative work

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

Manage stock and inventory of baking supplies

Assist with prep work and general kitchen duties

Support the team in daily production activities

What We're Looking For:

Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques

Basic understanding of baking processes (fondant experience is a plus, but not mandatory)

Attention to detail and hygiene-conscious approach

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
